Every Tickety Boo team member is carefully selected and safety checked, with police checks and Working with Vulnerable People permits and First Aid training.

We take the time to understand what you need and how you like things done, providing flexible, personalised support you can rely on — giving you and your family greater peace of mind.

Who We Are

Niki, our founder, is a mother, producer and natural organiser with a lifelong passion for service. Her career in production has made her highly organised and resourceful, while caring for elderly parents has given her a genuine understanding of the everyday challenges that can come with getting older.

Niki founded Tickety Boo with a simple belief: life can be made easier while maintaining independence, dignity and choice.

She has personally selected a team of mature, capable and caring people who share her values and understand the importance of thoughtful, reliable service.

Together, the Tickety Boo team takes care of the everyday tasks that can become difficult or time-consuming, helping older people stay independent, connected and enjoying life.

Our goal is simple: to make everyday life a little easier, so our clients have more time for the things they love.
